The staff can't handle the high volume of customers. They really need to hire more people at this location. The line just never seems to end.

If you're looking for a classic American donut, look elsewhere. These are probably the worst donuts I've tried. Add to that a chaotic atmosphere with unruly kids hyped up on sugar and unhelpful staff who seem fed up. Steer clear at all costs.

On January 3, 2026, my wife and I went to this place for some tea and donuts, and to play Dobble. We were caught off guard when a security guard told us we couldn't play games there.
We asked a staff member about this rule, and they mentioned something about "gambling," but we didn't get a clear answer. We also couldn't find any rule about this on the website.
