I had one of the best experiences ever. When I arrived in Tbilisi, I felt like everyone was unfriendly and the customer service was awful. But once I stepped into this dessert shop, everything changed. The products were great, but it was the staff that made it special—especially the guy in the blue shirt. He made me feel welcomed and really lifted my spirits. I ended up visiting every day before leaving the city. He was always up for a quick chat and genuinely cared. His boss is really lucky to have him; I even tried to convince him to come work for me, but he told me, "wherever price you will put on loyalty." I asked how to show my appreciation, and he suggested writing a nice review, so here it is. Best of luck to Georgia and this dessert shop. Everyone should visit at least once!

I ordered a bun to take away and ended up with a crouton instead... Maybe if I had eaten there, they wouldn't have served me something stale and old. At home, I felt let down.

Синабоны вкусные, но кофе оказался с пузырьками и слишком горячим молоком. (Я знаю, каким должен быть хороший кофе, так как работал бариста)

Заказывала доставку через Wolt, привезли только половину заказа. Два обычных привезли, а два карамельных забыли. Сначала подумала, что это ошибка курьера, но коробка была запечатана, так что это ошибка заведения.
