Terrible driver in a black Lexus SUV! The first trip from Tbilisi to Yerevan was great; the van was new and spacious, and the staff was professional. But the return trip was a disaster. They gave us this old black Lexus SUV and called it a comfort car—absolute nonsense! The driver was awful and rude, even towards my 9-month-old son and my wife. Drivers like this ruin the reputation of the company. I don’t know his name, and frankly, I don't want to. Just steer clear of the black Lexus SUV.

50 QO plakalı beyaz Hyundai kullanan şoför çok kötüydü. Yanındaki kadına bakmaktan yola konsantre olamadı. Kötü bir şoför, kesinlikle tercih edilmemeli.

Our experience was positive. The car was comfortable and offered plenty of legroom. There was WiFi available. The driver was friendly and helpful, getting us to Yerevan in 4.5 hours, including 40 minutes for border control. For 50 GEL, it seemed like good value. The drop-off point is Yerevan Kilikia, which has easy access to the city center.
