Hairdresser "Studio Ellen"

I’m sharing this to caution others against visiting this salon. The haircut was not done well; it was uneven and didn’t match my request. The service was lacking, and I left feeling let down and frustrated. I would not recommend this place at all.

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to the hair salon! A huge thank you to the amazing stylist, Elena. She gave me a flawless layered haircut that beautifully framed my face. The volume and shape turned out exactly as I wanted, and my hair looks incredibly healthy and well-groomed. The salon itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Elena as a true professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to give this salon 5 stars because the hairdresser is lovely. Even without speaking English, she used a translator and was friendly. She clearly has skills and added great texture to my hair. Sadly, I have to take off three stars because she cut my hair way too short, and now I regret going.

I spent a year growing my hair and wanted a specific medium-long style. I even sent her reference photos the day before. Unfortunately, she cut my hair to about a third of its length. What should have been hair down to my nose now barely reaches my eyes, and the back is so short I can't wear my baseball cap without it looking odd.

The haircut itself isn't bad; it looks good. But it's much shorter than I wanted. Now I have to wait several months to regrow it to the style I like. I'm upset about the length, and my girlfriend is disappointed too. I wish I had gone somewhere else, but she assured me she could do the style and had good reviews, so I thought it was a safe choice. I won't be going back.

I've attached a photo of the haircut (half dry) to show the length compared to what I asked for. My hair was longer than the reference photo.

The service was outstanding! The hairstylist was very skilled, attentive, and paid great attention to detail. I'm thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend it.
