I had a great experience at the eye clinic. From the initial phone call to the consultation, the staff was attentive, courteous, and supportive. I visited an eye clinic for a prescription for prismatic glasses due to double vision. They charged me a higher "foreigner rate" for the consultation, only to inform me that they don't provide prism prescriptions and told me to find an optician. I had to insist on measuring my strabismus angle, which was 4-5 degrees. The doctor ignored the MRI results I brought, and instead, recommended another MRI without considering my case personally. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and offer no real help since I didn’t need surgery. Such a waste of time and money.

Очень разочаровывающий опыт. Всё было полностью неорганизовано. Сначала пришлось ждать в двух отдельных очередях — сначала для регистрации, потом для оплаты. Никто не объяснил, куда идти дальше. Я отправился в кабинет врача, но там сказали, что сначала нужно посетить диагностический кабинет. В диагностическом кабинете пришлось регистрироваться снова и долго ждать. Люди, пришедшие позже меня, проходили раньше, а мой номер так и не загорелся на экране. Когда я, наконец, зашёл внутрь, меня приняли без каких-либо объяснений. После диагностики я вернулся к врачу и снова ждал. Весь процесс занял несколько часов, при этом общения с персоналом было минимально, а порядок действий не объяснялся. Всё казалось хаотичным и неуважительным по отношению к времени пациентов. Не рекомендую, если вам важны эффективность и надлежащий уход.
