The Georgian Tea House Museum is a small corner in the center of Tbilisi, the only place in Georgia where you can buy high-quality organic Georgian tea and at the same time touch the history of Georgian tea.
He has been working since 2014 on the initiative of Shota Bitadze, President of the Association of Organic Tea Producers of Georgia. Here you will find many historical artifacts related to Georgian (and not only) tea: old packages, books, souvenirs, posters and our stories.
The tea master will not only help you choose tea, but will also be your guide and will conduct a small tour for free. In the museum you can buy fresh tea from local farmers, go to the museum for free, see the Georgian tea ceremony, taste Georgian tea, and under the guidance of the tea master you can organize a trip to the tea plantations of Guria, take part in the collection and production of tea, create your own unique tea from the herbal collection of the museum, chat with the tea master.
The people who work in the tea house Museum are not a corporation, but an association of people: farmers, technologists, entrepreneurs and tea enthusiasts. They are united by the idea of making tea in cooperation with nature and with each other, creating a new Georgian tea culture.
