If you're planning to visit this clinic from outside the country, make sure to register ahead of time (if you can manage to get in touch with the appointment manager). The clinic is tidy and has good reviews, but we didn't get to see a doctor. After waiting nearly two hours, we learned that the doctor has two separate lists for patients: one for those who booked in advance and another for walk-ins.
Ultimately, we decided to cancel our appointment, feeling let down by the outdated booking system and the challenges in reaching the clinic's staff. We attempted to contact them via Instagram and WhatsApp, but it didnโt work out.
This experience brought back memories of clinics I visited in Ukraine as a child, where the post-Soviet appointment system often lacked organization and involved very long waits just to register. - N
