    I had a consultation with allergist and therapist Aleksandr Nazarchuk for my skin issues. He was very thorough in gathering my medical history, asking additional questions, and only then provided a diagnosis. I was impressed by how clearly he explained the illness mechanism, helping me understand it better and learn prevention methods. Aleksandr's knowledge in biochemistry and modern medicine was evident, and he offered three solutions for my condition. He answered all my questions, ensuring I understood everything. I even got a detailed summary of the consultation via email, which is super convenient! I've already recommended Dr. Nazarchuk to friends and would definitely return for further consultations if needed.

    Очень приятно, что врач делился информацией, не вытягивая каждое слово. Георгий - отличный отоларинголог, внимательно осмотрел и подробно объяснил все детали, включая рекомендации, где дешевле купить лекарства. Я полностью доволен визитом.

    Очень рекомендую гинеколога Нато Шенгелиа — она чуткая, внимательная и аккуратная. Решила многие мои проблемы, включая те, что другие врачи не смогли. Всегда была деликатной, поддерживала добрым словом, всё объясняла и отвечала на вопросы. Это невероятно комфортно, особенно важно в гинекологии, где можно чувствовать себя уязвимо. Если бы можно было, поставила бы больше 5 звёзд!

    Клиника небольшая, про другие филиалы не в курсе. Приятно, что на ресепшене говорят по-русски. Обращались с четырёхлетним ребёнком к доктору Павлу Казакову. Очень внимательный врач, его деликатное отношение к ребёнку приятно удивило! Всё подробно и вежливо объяснил. Теперь будем стараться попадать к нему. Рекомендую. Ребёнок быстро выздоровел, лечение оказалось эффективным.

    Лечусь у гинеколога Нато Шенгелия и очень благодарна ей за её работу. Она всё подробно объясняет и всегда аккуратна на осмотрах. Благодаря ей обнаружила дисплазию и начала лечение вовремя. Спасибо!

    One of the staff members, Anastasia, is extremely rude and unhelpful. She doesn't respond promptly and lacks empathy, politeness, and professionalism towards patients. Dealing with her is very stressful, and it negatively impacts the overall experience at the medical center.

    We are a German couple involved in a sensitive and costly surrogacy/IVF process. Although the facility is clean and the doctor is skilled, Anastasia is our main contact for updates, and interactions with her have been very frustrating. It feels exhausting to get basic updates from her. Her responses are often delayed, and she seems frequently unavailable or on leave.

    Despite doing thorough research and multiple visits to the center, our process hasn't started. For the clinic to sustain and enhance its reputation, especially at this location, replacing Anastasia in her role is crucial.
