We needed an ultrasound urgently and had made an appointment in advance, even taking a taxi to arrive on time. However, upon arrival, the reception staff informed us that the doctor wasn't seeing patients. This was very disappointing. If the appointment had been canceled, we should have been informed beforehand to avoid wasting our time, money, and causing us unnecessary stress.

The service was generally helpful and efficient, although it was a bit confusing at first to find my way around. The staff spoke English and were friendly and willing to assist. The cost for an eye exam was $57 without insurance. It's a good idea to call ahead and schedule an appointment.

Hayatımda karşılaştığım en ilgisiz hastane. Ağrılarımızdan bahsetmemize rağmen hiç ilgilenmediler, yarım saat beklettiler. Sonunda ultrason yoktu. Belki bebeğimde bir sorun var ama kimse umursamadı. Kesinlikle buraya gelmeyin, tavsiye etmiyorum.

Я очень переживал перед удалением желчного пузыря, но он всё подробно объяснил, ответил на все мои вопросы и помог мне спокойно подготовиться к операции. После операции оставался на связи и рассказал о процессе восстановления. Сейчас я чувствую себя хорошо и рад, что попал именно к нему. Врачи абсолютно не проявляют эмпатии, грубые и угрюмые. Это не профессионалы, а коммерсанты. Если вам нужна экстренная помощь, они будут тянуть время и обращаться с вами так, словно вы зашли в самый ужасный сельский магазин за пивом. Ужасная гигиена и персонал. Я остался в шоке. Не ожидал такого обслуживания.
