After getting my first two rabies shots in Batumi, I was able to continue my treatment here as an English-speaking tourist. With just my passport and the vaccination schedule booklet from Batumi, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The staff speaks some English and is generally helpful. The place is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently. Both follow-up shots took less than 15 minutes each visit. The cost is very affordable, even for foreigners. The service is satisfactory. However, the wait time for the rabies vaccine was 1.5 hours, even at 9 PM. Earlier days seemed to have been more efficient. Introducing separate queues for children and adults might help. I suspect budget constraints might be a factor.

Spent 2.5 hours driving here on a Sunday, and then another 2.5 hours back. The "doctor" refused to give me a rabies shot because I had consumed alcohol the night before. It's a myth that alcohol and vaccines don't mix. He was unfriendly and barely spoke English. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent medical facility. Received the rabies vaccine promptly, and everything was managed with the help of an interpreter.
