Я делала операцию дважды в центральной клинике на Важа Пшавела, потому что мне рекомендовали хирурга. Он действительно хорошо справился с обоими вмешательствами. Но условия в стационаре за год значительно ухудшились: медсестры постоянно курят, и запах сигарет стоит в палате и коридоре. Ночью громко разговаривают и смеются, как будто пациентам не нужен отдых. Утром тоже слышны крики из коридора, медперсонал кричит друг другу с одного конца на другой. Учитывая, что операция платная и в 2026 году цена выросла на 400 лари, условия просто ужасные. Если есть возможность, лучше выбирайте другую клинику для операции.

I’m from Israel, and I found this clinic to be really good and clean. They are very helpful, and I got everything I needed there.

The staff doesn't speak English and are quite rude. If they realize you are not from Georgia, they tend to discriminate. They really need a lot more training.

I frequently see various doctors at this clinic, and most of my experiences have been positive. However, I had an urgent visit to a neurologist because I was unable to feel one side of my body. The MRI results were normal, but the doctor seemed skeptical and dismissed my concerns, labeling it a panic attack and sending me home. Later, I discovered it was a TIA that eventually led to a full ischemic stroke. 👍🏻

Посетила эту клинику 4 раза, поэтому могу высказать свое мнение. Ужасные очереди, завышенные цены и грубый персонал. Сегодня одна пожилая женщина начала вымогать деньги за анализы. Она насчитала 1400 лари и заявила, что ничего из этого не покрывается страховкой. Вымогание под предлогом "у нас так не принято". В итоге мне пришлось спорить — я все равно попала к терапевту и, похоже, смогу что-то вернуть. Не рекомендую эту клинику. У них много клиентов, и они ведут себя как хотят. У них нет мотивации помогать.

I’m a patient from England who came in for some scans. The male receptionist at the entrance was incredibly arrogant and rude, talking over me so he didn’t even understand why I was there. The staff on the second floor were similarly dismissive, though one blonde woman did speak decent English. I had made an appointment, but they claimed I wasn’t registered, making my effort to book in advance feel pointless. On the positive side, everything was very quick; I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. However, most of the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. This was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had in a hospital, which is disappointing given how friendly the rest of the country is.

Оформляли справку для ребенка в детский сад. Все прошло быстро и без ожидания. За прием и справку в итоге заплатили 70 лари. Врач-педиатр дала рекомендации и ответила на все вопросы. Ресепшен говорит на английском, а врач общалась на русском.
