As a tourist, I tried to communicate in English at the shop, but it felt very unwelcoming. The staff member appeared distracted, possibly by her phone, and didnโt seem focused on assisting me. When I asked about the products and flavors, I received odd looks and was told to just use the tablet on my own without any guidance.
I left without making a purchase. I get that language barriers can be an issue, but basic customer service and a willingness to help should still be present. - D
The seller confidently advises on vapes without any real knowledge or having tried them. When we asked if the Geek Bar was sweet, she claimed it wasnโt sweet at all. We ended up wasting 50 lari because the vape was incredibly sweet and unsmokable for me. They refused to take it back and denied ever saying it wasn't sweet.
