Our visit to the store was very disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and even a bit arrogant. They treated us poorly and didn't try to assist us at all. As tourists who don’t speak the local language, we attempted to communicate in English, but instead of receiving help, they were dismissive. Being treated this way as visitors felt very unwelcoming. Overall, it was a negative experience, and we expected much better customer service.

I had a terrible and upsetting experience at the store today at 16:29. While I was there with my 12-year-old daughter, a man, who seemed to know the staff, began to harass us with hurtful comments. The two female staff members, who had dark hair, just stood by, smiling and chatting with him, while my child witnessed this aggression. They did nothing to ensure a safe environment for us. If you value safety and professionalism, I recommend staying away from this place.
