The front desk is extremely slow! With just 20 people ahead of me, it took them more than 40 minutes. Very disappointing.

Asmat Kiknavelidze, the manager, handled the situation really well. However, Jaba Zarquas's assistants were very unprofessional. They had a minor disagreement and began arguing with the receptionist in front of clients. When Asmat arrived, one of them even left abruptly like a child. She remained calm and respectful, explaining the situation clearly.
