В 2021 году это был худший французский консулат, который я когда-либо посещал. Пришел, чтобы обновить паспорт, и у меня был кожаный рюкзак Chevignon, сделанный во Франции, купленный в моем районе Монпарнас в Париже. Персонал настоял на том, чтобы я запихнул его в куб размером 10 см с металлическими застежками. Не было даже намека на креативность в их процедуре — почему его нельзя было оставить у охранника на входе, вне этих кубов? Мне пришлось выйти и передать рюкзак кому-то снаружи посольства. Они явно были разочарованы, что я обошелся без их неудобного сервиса. Охранник попытался преподать мне урок на плохом французском. Затем сотрудник рангом выше повторила этот урок уже на хорошем французском. После этого я избегал любых возможностей встретиться с послом Диего Коласом, например, на дне франкофонии, где меня попросили представить Бретань. Посла заменили, и это внушает надежду на лучшую работу в будущем.

Обращались за туристическими визами. Все сотрудники были очень приветливы, некоторые владели русским языком. Все прошло гладко, визы выдали вовремя. Единственный нюанс — сначала не сразу разобрались, где вход. Оказалось, он рядом с британским посольством, дальше ориентировались по указателям.

J'envoie plusieurs mails sans jamais recevoir de réponse. Ils ne répondent que quand cela leur convient. Ce n'est vraiment pas professionnel.

The service is excellent, and the security staff are friendly👍. Just make sure to arrive on time. If you're missing any documents, they let you bring them back the same day. If you're coming from Liberty Square without a car, Bus 331 can get you close. Big thanks to everyone working there 😊.

J'y suis allé deux fois, et chaque fois je n'ai pas attendu. Le personnel était très aimable. Si vous prenez un taxi, donnez l'adresse de l'ambassade du Royaume-Uni, car l'entrée qui mène à votre destination se trouve juste à côté.
