Guten Tag. Absolut unmöglich, jemanden zu erreichen. Wir haben viel Geld und Nerven investiert, doch alles ohne Erfolg. Seit zwei Wochen versuche ich es, aber es gibt keinerlei Reaktion. Sie ignorieren komplett, antworten nicht auf E-Mails und es ist unmöglich, einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Die angegebenen Telefonnummern sind ständig ausgeschaltet. Ich habe während der angegebenen Zeiten von 15:00 bis 16:30 Uhr versucht anzurufen, doch +995 32 2 753 001 und +995 32 2 753 002 sind deaktiviert. Das ist extrem enttäuschend. Ich brauche dringend eine Behandlung, und alles fällt wegen Ihnen auseinander. Diese Arbeit wirft ein schlechtes Licht auf das ganze Land.

Wir waren stets mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Während des Krieges 2020 zwischen Aserbaidschan und Armenien war die Reise nach Tiflis für Armenier gefährlich. Die Botschaft bot an, einen Flug zu organisieren, was damals wirklich nicht einfach war. Wir sind auch erleichtert, dass die Visaangelegenheiten nun direkt abgewickelt werden und nicht mehr über die polnische Botschaft. Das war früher wirklich sehr beschwerlich. Wir fühlten uns wie im alten Rom!
