The officer I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. There was a clear difference in how Georgians and foreigners were treated, which is completely unfair. Having authority doesn't give anyone the right to misuse it or disrespect people. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be standard, especially in such an institution. This behavior is totally unacceptable!

The worst embassy experience I've ever had, and I've dealt with many in different countries. Our visa application was denied for completely false reasons. They either lied or didn't even bother to check our file. We received the visa refusal letter only in German, which we don't understand — outrageous. The phone hotline staff are rude, and they don’t even speak English. Email support is impolite and unprofessional. A racist and unfair group of people, truly disgraceful.

Last year I renewed my German passport here, and this year my ID. The ladies working there were delightful and very welcoming. Just make sure to have all your documents ready and schedule an appointment via the system; otherwise, it's a straightforward process.
