The product quality is extremely low. I purchased a suitcase for $200, and on my first trip, I experienced issues with one of the wheels. I do not recommend buying any luggage from this brand.

50 лари за маленький зонт — это просто грабеж.

I heard from my sister that their products were of great quality, so I decided to see for myself. Mademoiselle Erna provided me with top-notch service, treating my purchase of a 500 GEL suitcase with the professionalism and care you'd expect when buying 50+k furniture. She is clearly well-trained! I'm very grateful and highly recommend them! Cheers.

Customer service here is completely unacceptable. We purchased a case, and one of the wheels broke just two days into our trip. We had to drag a 20-kilo case for two weeks. When we returned to exchange it, the shop refused. They clearly don't care about their customers. To make matters worse, one of the staff members ended up yelling. I strongly advise against buying anything here.
