Интересное место, совсем не похоже на обычный ювелирный магазин – больше напоминает арт-галерею с приятной атмосферой. Консультанты хорошо разбираются в своем деле и помогли мне найти что-то оригинальное, хотя цены немного выше среднего. За уникальность и обслуживание ставлю 4 звезды.

The staff was unfortunately very rude, which was evident from their responses and behavior. I wanted to make a donation to support the store's cats, and one of the team members had initially approved it. However, when I visited today, I encountered a team member who was incredibly unfriendly, with no greetings and a clearly negative and arrogant tone, making it seem like I was trying to do something wrong rather than help. This interaction really spoiled my evening.
The store does have a decent selection of Russian jewels, although they feel a bit outdated, and the cats are nice. However, the way I was treated by the staff is simply unacceptable. I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking to have a pleasant experience. It's better to check out other stores like Garage, We See Items, Le Chick Radical, or Escapist Concert Store for friendlier staff and more unique jewelry.
As for the store's response to my review, I want to clarify a few things:
1. My complaint is solely about the rude behavior of the representative. I'm okay with being refused or having disagreements, but that doesn't excuse such rudeness. Politeness costs nothing.
2. If your salesperson provided incorrect information initially, an apology would have been better than laughing at me and acting like bullies. It’s frustrating to feel the need to explain basic etiquette to adults.
3. I came to your store during business hours, based on your prior offer, with the intention of helping your community. Being rudely asked to leave was the peak of my experience.
4. Finally, asking everyone you know to write positive reviews in the last 24 hours doesn’t make your staff any more professional or adequate. It’s just ridiculous. - С
