Отель отличный в соотношении цена-качество, довольно новый. Номера небольшие, но в них есть всё необходимое. Кровать удобная, слышимость из соседних комнат присутствует, но это не критично. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Кто-то жаловался на кофе, но он вполне приличный, хотя в Грузии с кофе действительно не всегда хорошо. Отель находится на тихой улице. Есть несколько мелких недостатков: в окрестностях не так много ресторанов и кафе, большинство из которых закрываются рано, так что это стоит учитывать. Также уборка номера могла бы быть более тщательной.

Отель в целом понравился, находится в спокойном месте, хотя переулки выглядят немного странно. Номера чистые и новые, но стены тонкие, слышно соседей и шум из коридора, а ночью слышен звук от Гелендвагена снизу. Персонал отзывчивый и готов предложить смену номера при необходимости. В ванной нет полотенцесушителя и недостаточно мест для баночек, но напор воды хороший, только брызги из душевой кабины разлетаются по всей ванной.

فندق نظيف وموظفوه ودودون للغاية. الحمام مريح بفضل وجود شطاف. يوجد موقف سيارات للنزلاء. الموقع في وسط الحي وقريب من معظم المعالم، يمكنكم الذهاب إلى المركز سيراً على الأقدام.

Прекрасный отель и отличный персонал.

Уютный и современный отель с отличным расположением. Завтрак хороший, кровати удобные. Персонал приветливый и душевный. Рекомендую!

If you're planning to have a good time in Tbilisi, avoid this hotel at all costs. That's the best advice I can give. My experience there was so bad that it would take me hours to describe all the issues.

The staff there made me feel like I was dealing with the mafia. They were indifferent and incredibly cold. While the location is convenient, the rooms are far from clean. The reception workers showed complete disregard.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional! We booked two Family rooms for June 15 to 22, but were unable to travel due to a flight ban from Israel related to the security situation. We reached out to the hotel in advance, requesting a refund or a simple date change, but they rudely declined both options. Such behavior demonstrates a total lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for international guests. Avoid this hotel if you expect fair treatment or any understanding in emergency situations.

Avoid this place. The reservation team and management are terrible. They refused to change or refund our booking even though our flight was canceled because of the war and flight ban.

Absolutely terrible experience. We reserved two Family rooms for the period from June 15 to 22. Unfortunately, due to the flight ban from Israel because of the security situation, we couldn't make the trip. Although this was clearly a force majeure situation, the hotel unfairly refused to issue a refund. Their handling of the situation was unprofessional. I strongly advise international travelers to avoid this place. There is no flexibility or understanding of emergencies.
