Отель ужасен и не советую его никому из туристов. Он расположен в узком переулке, окружённом улочками, и никаких удобств вроде бассейна, спортзала или сада здесь нет. На завтрак приходится подниматься на лифте на четвёртый этаж, а затем пешком идти на пятый, где лестница цементная. Отель удалён от удобств, и не чувствуешь себя в безопасности из-за его расположения в тёмном и пугающем месте. Четыре звезды — перебор для него, ведь для туриста важны удобное расположение, чистота, просторные комнаты и наличие всех услуг.

The reception staff were outstanding, always kind, helpful, and resourceful. The breakfast selection was nice, though not overly extensive. The room was spacious and clean. While it's a bit removed from the city center, it's conveniently close to the hospital.

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed at. The service is outstanding, with special thanks to "boba" and the two ladies at the reception. They made our stay truly special and comfortable during our visit from May 12 to 15, 2025.

Небольшой, но вполне подходящий для коротких поездок отель. Персонал доброжелательный и готов помочь. Уборка могла бы быть лучше, но грязи в номерах нет. Простыни в моем номере оставляли желать лучшего, возможно, это была просто ошибка. Завтрак вполне достаточен, а в номерах тепло. Не забудьте свои личные вещи — зубную щетку, пасту, расческу и крем для волос. Отель находится на улице без выхода, но рядом есть небольшой магазинчик с необходимым. Если хотите поужинать в отеле, предупредите персонал заранее. Место тихое и спокойное. Если буду снова в Тбилиси, возможно, вернусь сюда.
