Tbilisi See - hotel

They pay a lot of attention to the mini bar, even checking at night to see what you've taken, but they missed the two neck pillows (red and green) we left on the white bed. The omelette at breakfast was a bit undercooked. Service is very slow. They offered to pick us up with vans, but only accepted cash, and the vans were really old. We had to tie our two suitcases to the roof because there was no room inside. The service was worse than what I've experienced in Germany.

This hotel is fantastic, featuring a friendly staff that speaks multiple languages. The rooftop restaurant is among the most popular in Tbilisi, which is a nice bonus. The room is immaculate and quite charming. Located in the beautiful Old Town, the surroundings are stunning. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive.

Все очень стильно оформлено, а уборка проходит каждый день. В отеле тихо, уютно и камерно. На верхнем этаже есть ресторан с прекрасным видом на город.

The location is very central, making it easy to access all the beautiful sites in old Tbilisi. The room I shared with my friends was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. They quickly resolved a booking error we made at no extra cost, even though we should have paid more. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tbilisi, whether for one night or longer.

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were consistently clean, the breakfast was good, and the location is quite special with many attractions nearby, including a museum, the Mother of Georgia, restaurants, and coffee shops.

A really lovely spot in the charming old part of Tbilisi. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we felt very fortunate. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

I took some friends from Europe there, and they really enjoyed it. The live music, great views, and overall atmosphere were fantastic.

I'm really confused by the high rating for this place—my stay certainly didn't match that. I spent three nights there, and the air conditioning was ineffective. The room felt like a sauna, and it was so dark and dreary that it made my time there quite unpleasant. The walls were paper thin; I could hear the person next door snoring all night as if they were right next to me, leaving me with hardly any sleep.

Cleanliness was another concern—there were small ants crawling on the walls, which was quite unpleasant. The staff experience was inconsistent; the woman at the front desk was friendly, but the rest of the staff mostly just hung around the entrance smoking and looking at their phones, which seemed unprofessional.

Also, be aware that the location is a steep climb uphill. Walking there feels like a workout, and if you're driving, the streets are narrow and quite challenging if you encounter another vehicle. Definitely adjust your expectations before booking, as it didn't meet the hype for me.
