I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-kept. The location was perfect, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out to Ms. Sophia and the entire reception team for their kind and helpful service, as well as Mr. Alex from the bell team and Ms. Sophia from the restaurant. The housekeeping team was also great. Everyone was so welcoming and willing to help. Fantastic hospitality and a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it! 😊

Kafede kahve içtik. Güzel bir avlusu var. Tiflis'teki diğer yerlerin aksine garsonlar güler yüzlüydü; burada ilk kez gülen insanlar gördük. Wclerinde değerli bir saat unuttuk, 4 saat sonra geri döndüğümüzde bize teslim ettiler. Çalışanlar çok ilgilendi.

This hotel is stunning and luxurious, perfectly situated in a great location. The atmosphere is elegant, sophisticated, and of high quality, very much in line with what you would expect from a Marriott.
As someone who travels frequently, I appreciate well-trained, attentive, and understanding staff, and the team here truly excelled. I want to highlight Milena at the front desk, who was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about the hotel and Marriott's standards, manages everything with skill and professionalism, and interacts with guests in a warm and capable manner.
With service like Milena's, it's hard to feel anything but satisfied. She embodies the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel stay enjoyable, inviting, and memorable.
In summary, this is a luxurious and refined hotel with fantastic staff, a wonderful atmosphere, and an ideal location in Tbilisi. - m
