I stayed for 10 days. The neighborhood can be very quiet at times, but it can also get quite noisy.

It's conveniently located near a supermarket and Fabrika.

The owner is quite accommodating, otherwise, I would have left. The room on the lower floor lacks windows, so I opted for an upstairs room for six nights, which was spacious and had charm due to its age. However, the cleanliness was shocking; there was no cleaning during my entire stay, and it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned before either. The bedding was stained and had a strong odor. The place was extremely dirty, worse than what I've seen in Mumbai. It's unfortunate because the house itself is beautiful and roomy. The neighborhood is poor, with children playing football in the streets, loud phone calls from neighbors, and loud music. Cars zoom by, blasting music even late at night. I often felt like neighbors were peering in, and the owner has a door that allows her to see into the house. The front door is difficult to open; I got stuck one morning with a taxi waiting outside. I’m not sure why guests lock it since there's constant monitoring by the staff and neighbors. The owner kept opening the landing window every time I closed it, causing a draft that made my room chilly at night. No one picked up any trash, even when I left it outside my door. This is poorly managed self-catering accommodation, not a hotel at all. I requested a remote for the air conditioning but was brushed off, leaving me without heating or cooling during my stay, which made the nights and mornings uncomfortable. Someone recently posted a fake review claiming the balcony room was great and showed clean photos. Check my actual photos! There was only one balcony room, and I occupied it for six nights. When guests checked out, their rooms were often left unmade for days. The place was dusty and moldy, just look at the fridge! Besides the bedding, the pillows were smelly, and the mattress springs were uncomfortable and noisy.

Уютный гестхаус в живописном районе. Номера разные, может быть, без окон, стоит уточнять при бронировании. Мне выпала комната на втором этаже с балконом, и я с удовольствием провела время там. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и внимательная.
