The area around the hotel doesn't offer much, but the other services are excellent. I appreciate the spacious room.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is efficient. The view is pleasant. However, the room cleaning needs improvement. It's very noisy; piano music starts at 9 pm, and the noise from the street and other guests makes it hard to sleep well. You'll need a car to get to a market or any nearby places, as nothing is close by. On the plus side, they have a good restaurant.

حجم الغرف والحمامات رائع جداً. النظافة اليومية مقبولة، لكنها ليست ممتازة. وجبة الإفطار الصباحية جيدة جداً. الموقع يعتبر متوسط البعد عن الأماكن السياحية. هناك إطلالة على النهر من جهة. الشرفة غير مستخدمة ولا يوجد اهتمام بنظافتها. توجد حشرات في بعض الأماكن لكنها قليلة. الموظفون لطفاء وسريعي الاستجابة.

This hotel was a fantastic experience. The customer service stood out; the staff was incredibly friendly and always available. The restaurant was the highlight. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious, offering a wonderful mix of Arabic, Indian, and international dishes. The view from there was stunning. My standard room was roomy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all necessary amenities. Travelers with American plugs should bring a two- or three-pin adapter, but the reception happily lent one, and they’re easily found at local supermarkets. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amazing food, and excellent service!

Отель расположен далеко от центра, на шумной дороге с плотным движением. Добраться можно только на такси. Номер просторный, но душ не работал — весь день не было горячей воды. В спа записались на массаж, но когда пришли, там никого не оказалось. Ждали 20 минут, и всё равно никто не появился. Посетители — в основном индусы и арабы. Завтрак обычный, ничем не выделяется. Обслуживание в номерах на высшем уровне. Персонал на рецепции замечательный.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet is extensive, but the variety lacks appeal. The selection may be large, but it doesn't feel like a 5-star breakfast. Hot dishes are average, likely catering to the main clientele, with examples like Indian-style rice and lentils for Muslim guests and a few simple cheese options for Western guests. Given the room and breakfast prices, there are potentially better and more affordable hotels that offer greater value for money.
