    Дорога из Сванетии заняла восемь часов, была тяжелой, долгой и пыльной. Я мечтал упасть на просторную подушку, но столкнулся с неудачным приемом в отеле.

    В корзине оказался мусор, постель не была готова. Я был расстроен, но Вахтанг быстро отреагировал на проблему.

    Он не искал оправданий, а честно признал, что уборка подвела. В ответ он предложил два варианта: ждать два часа, пока все уберут, или переехать в другой отель ближе к центру. Я был настолько уставшим, что согласился на предложенный номер, доверившись судьбе.

    Ванная оказалась меньше, а номер не тот, что я бронировал, но Вахтанг действительно постарался и изменил ситуацию к лучшему, оправдав мои надежды.

    Работа в гостиничном бизнесе — задача не из легких, но профессионал проявляется в сложные моменты. Вахтанг спас мой отдых от негативных мыслей, убрав все недостатки.

    Желаю успехов отелю и Вахтангу — он отличный менеджер! Я буду советовать этот отель друзьям, ведь здесь каждый гость важен.
