We hosted our wedding on the terrace, and it was simply gorgeous! The space was beautifully set up with tables, chairs, and a lovely fountain, making it an ideal backdrop. The view of Tbilisi was breathtaking, and the vibe was incredibly soothing. Every little detail was handled perfectly, and we walked away with unforgettable memories that we will treasure forever.

I regret to say that our stay here was a huge letdown. I booked this hotel for a loved one to unwind, and after a great conversation with the sales rep, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, despite being labeled as a 5-star hotel on Google, it felt more like a 3-star experience at best.
We were assured a room with a bathtub, but instead, we received a shower. The balcony was dirty, caked in dust and rain stains. Our room was on the first floor, overlooking trucks and trailers instead of Tbilisi, and the noise was so disruptive that they couldn’t sleep.
The most frustrating issue was the broken room phone. They couldn’t contact reception, so they had to go down to the restaurant just to order room service. When the food finally arrived (which was decent), they forgot napkins, salt, and pepper, necessitating another trip down. Although a staff member promised to report the broken phone, no one ever came to fix it.
There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. When we asked, we were told they weren't provided as standard but could be requested—again, impossible via the broken phone. They spent their time running to stores for basic necessities like coffee and toiletries.
The pool area was equally disappointing. There was no information about where to find towels (which were hidden) or the requirement for swimming caps. Who brings a swimming cap to a hotel? Is this a relaxation pool or an Olympic training facility?
In the end, they checked out at 10:30 AM, feeling more drained than relaxed. At checkout, it was clear that the broken phone issue hadn’t even been recorded.
When I reached out to the sales rep later, I received a generic invitation to "experience it myself" as a gift. They acknowledged the bathtub mix-up was a communication error, but I’m not keen on visiting just to “check a box” without specific guarantees.
I can easily book a hotel room for myself, so why would I want to "experience" this? If this is the service during the off-season when it’s not busy, I can’t imagine the chaos during peak times. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was simply unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
