Отель в целом неплохой для своей ценовой категории, мы останавливались здесь не в первый раз. Однако, впечатление испортило отсутствие шампуня и кондиционера в душе. В диспенсерах под названиями шампунь и гель для душа оказалось жидкое мыло, одной консистенции, цвета и запаха. С трудом смыла с волос, они стали как солома! Спасибо за экономию на шампуне!

The sheets were stained and dirty, and the breakfast I ordered through the app was supposed to cost $10, but I was charged $15. When I showed them the app and asked for clarification, I was completely ignored.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient, giving off a homely vibe. However, the staff is very unfriendly, especially at the front desk. The USB port in the room didn’t work and the tea/coffee cup was leaking. I stayed three times in one week; the first two visits were okay, but the last one was terrible. The bartender was arrogant, sitting on the guest sofas watching a football match with friends. I wanted to speak with the general manager, but no one bothered to arrange that and instead questioned my request. There was no one available to address my concerns. During my second stay, there was no moisturizer in the room, which was frustrating. They treated us as if we were a nuisance. The restaurant staff was also unhelpful and disengaged. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Ваго и Лизи были очень дружелюбны, отель нам очень понравился. Завтрак был отличным. Расположение всего в нескольких шагах от метро. Ребята помогли нам оставить вещи на время после выселения. Большое спасибо вам, Гмадлобт. Рекомендую ваш отель❤️
