The rooms are clean and comfortable. They provided me with a baby crib. I really enjoyed my stay, especially since the location is excellent. The receptionists were friendly. The only strange thing I encountered was discovering that the air conditioning wasn't working when I arrived. When I called to ask about it, I was informed that there were mechanical issues affecting the whole building, which I wasn't made aware of beforehand. Luckily, the weather was pleasant at night, and I slept well. It's a great place, and I would definitely return.

This hotel in the heart of the old town is truly a hidden treasure! The rates are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly and speaks English. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

كانت تجربة رائعة. الموقع ممتاز في قلب المدينة القديمة وقريب من المعالم السياحية. الخدمة جيدة بشكل عام، حيث أن موظفي الاستقبال لطيفون ومتعاونون. خدمة الغرف كانت ممتازة، والإفطار كان شهيًا، والسيدة كاترينا المسؤولة عن الإفطار كانت لطيفة جدًا.

I arrived late at night and encountered a terrible surprise - my room looked nothing like the pictures. The floor was ruined, and the bed sheets had large yellow stains, as if someone had urinated on them. It was disgusting. I left immediately. After speaking with the receptionist, manager, and owner, none of them took responsibility or even apologized. They also refused to refund my money since the booking was non-refundable. I lost my money and had to search for another hotel at midnight because of their lack of cleanliness.

В этом отеле явно не было ремонта уже несколько лет: простыни с дырками, шкаф сломан, и, хотя инженер в курсе, на просьбы о починке никакой реакции. Кондиционеров нет, температуру устанавливают всего дважды в год — на зиму и лето. Уборка в номерах происходит только если настоять, а постельное белье и полотенца вообще не меняют. На двоих дали всего одно полотенце для лица, и халаты доступны только за дополнительную плату, хотя отель заявлен как четырехзвездочный. Завтраки — полное разочарование. Они заявлены с 8:30 до 10:30, но к 10 часам почти ничего не остается. Кофе только растворимый, и горячие блюда ни разу не попадались, поэтому из пяти возможных завтраков мы воспользовались только двумя, а потом решили не тратить время. Единственное, что достойно заявленных четырех звезд, — это расположение. Мы были очень разочарованы... к сожалению, многие отзывы в интернете поддельные. Не тратьте деньги! Выбирайте другой отель, в Тбилиси их много. Надеюсь, владельцы соберутся с мыслями и создадут тот сервис, который соответствует четырем звездам, а пока это всего лишь минус четыре.
