This place truly captured my heart ❤️ Choosing a hotel in Tbilisi can be tough with so many choices, but I'm really glad I picked this one! My room was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, which was essential for overcoming my jet lag. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional (and the cats were a delightful bonus haha 😍). It felt like I was staying at a friend's home. My first trip to the city was unforgettable, and I could sing about it! As a solo traveler, I know how much a hotel can influence the experience, and this one definitely enhanced mine. It ranks among my top 10 favorite hotels, and I hope to return soon! Thank you all so much🫶🏻

The view from our room was stunning. We were on the top floor with a balcony that provided a great view of the entire town. However, there was noticeable moisture damage on the ceiling, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay.

In the center of Old Tbilisi, at Botanikuri 17, I discovered a real gem — a beautiful hotel that perfectly combines American and Georgian cultures, reflecting love in every detail and warm welcome.

What struck me the most was not only the stunning views of Tbilisi but also the cultural harmony around. Just a short walk away, you can see different religions and nationalities coexisting peacefully, which made me proud of Georgia — the respect, beauty, and history are remarkable.

The hotel is charming, with tasty breakfast, breathtaking views, and a heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel at home. It's a gated property that ensures privacy and comfort. While there’s no elevator or disability access, the staff is always eager to assist with luggage and anything else you might need, showing genuine care.

Animal lovers will be delighted to meet the two adorable cats that live there, adding to the homey atmosphere.

This place is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience, a story, and a bridge between cultures. If you visit Tbilisi, you’ll truly feel the essence of the city here.

Yorumlara güvenerek en pahalı odasını rezerve ettik ama hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Sadece resepsiyondaki kızlar ve konumu iyiydi, gerisi kötüydü. Paramızla rezil olduk.

Разочаровывающее время на медовом месяце
Мы выбрали этот отель для нашего медового месяца, надеясь на особенный и незабываемый опыт. К сожалению, наше пребывание оказалось далеко от ожидаемого.

Проблемы с номером:
Кондиционер не работал должным образом или не грел. После того, как мы последовали совету персонала установить его на 28°C, в комнате оставалось некомфортно холодно — особенно ночью. Мы просыпались с насморком от холода. Более серьезной проблемой стало наличие плесени в ванной и желтые с черными пятнами на матрасе. Утром из душа доносился сильный запах канализации.

Ответ персонала:
На их защиту, команда предложила нам другой номер, и мы ценим их попытку решить проблему. Однако в замене номера были водяные пятна в ванной и аналогичные пятна на матрасе — персонал признал, что их не удастся удалить. Мы почувствовали, что у нас не было выбора, кроме как отказаться.

Проблема с оплатой:
После получения нашего возврата отель снова попытался взимать с нас плату — это было неприемлемо на фоне всего остального.

Это должно было быть поездкой на всю жизнь. К сожалению, состояние номеров сделало наслаждение невозможным. Мы не можем рекомендовать этот отель и не вернемся сюда.

Прекрасний бутик-готель у самому серці старого Тбілісі з чудовим розташуванням! Хоч він і невеликий, але надзвичайно затишний і атмосферний. Персонал дуже дружній, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Під час мого перебування (я вагітна) вони постійно цікавилися, чи все в порядку і чи потрібно щось додатково. Сервіс на висоті: допомогли з пізнім заїздом, організували таксі, а пральня працює бездоганно. Перед раннім виїздом навіть приготували ланч-бокси. Особливо хочу підкреслити сніданки — смачні та різноманітні. Хоч вибір і компактний для бутик-готелю, завжди було цікаво спробувати щось нове. Дуже тепле ставлення до гостей — щиро рекомендую!
