This is one of my top choices for hotels close to the Old Town. It's spotless, tranquil, and very well-kept. The staff is fantastic, particularly the night receptionist and the restaurant worker, who made my stay even better.
The view from the elevator is absolutely stunning.
Also, I can't forget to mention the lovely scent of the roses in the garden at the entrance; it’s truly enchanting. - J

Excellent hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi. I loved the stunning view and the design of the place. The amenities were great, breakfast was tasty, and the location couldn't be better. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The room smelled strongly of sewage, and the air conditioning was broken (the heating didn’t work either on a cold day in spring). The balcony was tiny, barely fitting one person, and faced a wall where I could hear the neighbors' phone calls and TV. My TV was also out of order and took two days to fix. Breakfast was just okay. The hotel's decor was cheap, with cement and particle board—I initially thought they were doing construction, but that was the design. The shampoo and body wash were the same and made my hair feel awful. I had to ask for an iron, and they wanted it back quickly even though I still needed it. There was no bidet as advertised, and the sewage situation seemed unsanitary. My clothes absorbed the sewage smell, which was overwhelming. Housekeeping just masked the odor with chemicals. The staff tried to help, but it didn’t make a difference. The carpets were stained, and it felt like they cut corners everywhere. It's misleading to call this place luxury or even 5 stars. The location is hard to find, and taxis prefer to drop you off at a more convenient hotel nearby. Avoid room 401 at all costs; this hotel is far from luxury or 4 stars. The smell is unbearable! Don't pay more than $40 a night; if you do, you're getting ripped off. Make sure to request a balcony that doesn't face a wall if you have to stay here. On the plus side, it's a quiet area, just a 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, and there’s a great late-night Thai massage nearby. The staff were nice at check-in and even gave a small gift, but it couldn't make up for the terrible smell and awful rooms. I would never return and do not recommend it at all.
