Every time you step out of your room, the cats turn off, and the staff is rarely at the front desk. The service is quite lacking, but the rooms are comfortable, which is the only good thing.

A fantastic small hotel with friendly and helpful staff, many of whom spoke excellent English. The restaurant offers breakfast cooked to order with a beautiful view. It's an easy walk to the old city and churches.

This hotel is a true find! It's about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, offering a nice balance of tranquility while still being close to the lively center. The staff is incredibly attentive. When we arrived early from our flight, we were warmly welcomed at the lovely rooftop restaurant that has a great view of Tbilisi. They even stored our luggage for a few days while we went hiking in the mountains. The rooms are beautiful, and they provide top-notch toiletries and soaps. Just a heads up, the air conditioning had some trouble, which could be a concern during hotter months (it worked fine for us in June). Overall, it’s a charming place with excellent quality and well worth the price!

I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet room and a tasty breakfast.

The hotel is located slightly outside the old town, which makes the area quieter. There's a bus station right across from the hotel, making it easy to get around the city at a low cost. The lobby is inviting, and the staff is friendly; they welcomed us and showed us to our room.

The rooms are stunning, very clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The unique design of the rooms and the hotel adds to its charm. It’s impressively quiet, but there were some guests who were noisy at night, though that’s not the hotel's fault.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed breakfast, which was served from 8 AM to noon. There was a menu to choose from, and the food was tasty and filling.

One downside was that I reached out with a couple of requests during the booking process, but I didn’t get any response, neither by email nor during our stay.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel, situated in a quieter area of Old Tbilisi, just a 10-minute walk from Europe Square/Bridge and other main attractions. The room was nicely furnished and had a bidet in the bathroom. We only had breakfast from the restaurant, which was included in our stay. Although the menu was somewhat limited, the quality of the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
