Jazz Hotel

Dit hotel is echt uitstekend. De kamers en het hele hotel zijn goed onderhouden en schoon. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en helpt je graag, en ze spreken goed Engels! Het ontbijt is ook prima verzorgd met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Er is een groot en schoon zwembad, inclusief een sauna! Vergeet vooral niet om hun zelfgemaakte wijn te proberen; dat is de beste die je kunt drinken!

We frequently stay at this lovely hotel situated on the northern hillside of Tbilisi, close to Tbilisi Sea and East Point Mall. The rooms are comfortable, and they offer a free breakfast, swimming pool, and sauna. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel personnel is friendly, and it offers good value. The location is excellent if you have a car.

Отдыхал с девушкой в этом отеле, нам дали номер делюкс и даже подарили бутылку вина :) Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, профессионализм заметен с самого входа. В фойе и номерах приятный запах. Есть крытый бассейн и сауна, которые включены в стоимость, как и вкусные полноценные завтраки.

お湯のタンクが小さいため、宿泊客が増えるとシャワーのお湯が出なくなるホテルです。滞在中に27時間以上お湯が出ませんでした。フロントに何度も問い合わせましたが、「5分後」「30分後」「1時間後」「夜」と言うだけで、問題は長い間解決されませんでした。ホテル側は「団体客が来たためお湯が足りない」と説明していましたが、宿泊客が増えるとお湯が出なくなるのは設備の問題だと思います。お湯が出ないことに対する補償もなく、他の施設の紹介もなく、返金もありませんでした。朝食は美味しく、Wi-Fiに問題はありませんでしたが、水シャワーでも問題ない方以外にはおすすめできません。

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and the beds are uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn't work properly. The bathroom is tiny and not pleasant to use. The balcony has a terrible view and gets too much sun, making it impossible to enjoy when it's hot. The room and the hotel look nothing like the pictures. I suggest spending a bit more money and choosing a different place.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered. A dog belonging to the hotel bit my girlfriend on the hand near the reception. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent several hours at a medical facility, which ruined a significant part of our trip.

What alarmed me even more was the staff's response. A receptionist mentioned that this dog had bitten others before. If the hotel is aware of prior incidents, why is the dog allowed to be around guests and children?

Instead of receiving a genuine apology and help, we were met with sarcasm and an attitude that seemed to imply it was our fault. Showing vaccination documents doesn't change the fact that a guest was bitten on hotel grounds and had to deal with the aftermath for hours.

Additionally, it was frustrating that none of the reception staff spoke Georgian. In a stressful situation like a dog bite, we had to communicate in foreign languages. While knowing international languages is important, guests in Georgia should also be able to get help in the local language.

This experience highlighted a serious lack of concern for guest safety, unprofessionalism, and little respect for customers. After what happened, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist only spoke Russian and English, which was frustrating since we couldn't communicate in Georgian, our own language. Additionally, there was a dog that bit me. We learned that this black dog belongs to the hotel owner, and this wasn't the first time it had bitten someone. The dog was allowed in the reception area, but there were no warnings about its potential aggression.

Moreover, the receptionist was dismissive and disrespectful. He mentioned that the dog had bitten many people before and even showed us a scar from a previous incident. Despite this, he acted like it was no big deal and implied that we were overreacting.

Overall, the service was terrible, and guest safety clearly isn't a priority here. It’s unacceptable to have a dog with a known biting history in public areas without any warnings or safety measures. Our experience made us feel unsafe, and we can't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic customer service and safety standards.
