Отличное место, мы останавливались там не один раз и точно не в последний. Номера чистые, уютные и комфортные, а персонал очень дружелюбный и профессиональный.

Все было очень хорошо, вид просто шикарный. Но под окнами шумная дорога, а кондиционер в номере работал плохо. К счастью, не было сильной жары, иначе он бы не справился. Завтраки хорошие, а сервис дружелюбный. Уборка номера тоже была на высоте. Спасибо! Пожалуйста, обратите внимание на кондиционеры. В целом, все хорошо.

I stayed for four nights and felt the need to share some important points about this hotel. First, it's extremely noisy, especially if you end up in room 503. I couldn't sleep at all due to the elevator noise on my first night and asked to change rooms the next morning. To their credit, they accommodated my request, likely because they know it's an issue, and the new room was somewhat better, but still noisy. The second problem is the location; walking to the old town isn't very convenient.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. There are great food options available at the buffet. The rooms are tidy, and the service is top-notch. It's just a 5-minute ride from the main bus station by bus or car. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel in Tbilisi. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed was inviting, making it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The bathroom was immaculate and provided all the essential amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything neat.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and offered a nice variety to kickstart our day.

الغرف مريحة ونظيفة، يوجد شطاف في الحمام ومتجر spar بجانب الفندق مباشرة. واجهتني ثلاث مشاكل:
١- الأولى: حجزت غرفة كبيرة لكن للأسف كانت بجانب أعمال بناء مما تسبب في إزعاج كبير واهتزاز الغرفة. تم نقلي إلى غرفة أخرى بعيدة عن الضجيج.
٢- الثانية: الغرفة الجديدة كانت صغيرة، وعندما طلبت تعويضي بشيء آخر مثل وجبة الإفطار أو استعادة الفرق، رفضوا.
٣- الثالثة: الغرفة الجديدة لم يكن فيها إنترنت على الإطلاق، ورغم إخباري لهم عدة مرات، كانوا فقط يقولون "نحن نعمل على إصلاحه".
باختصار، يمكن الحجز ولكن تأكدوا من النقاط المذكورة أعلاه.
