Agoda üzerinden iki ayrı yataklı oda rezerve ettik. Otele vardığımızda, rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın uygun olmadığını söyleyip bizi daha büyük, çift kişilik yataklı bir odaya geçirmeyi önerdiler. Bunu kabul ettik ama check-in sırasında ekstra 10 lari “temizlik ücreti” istediler. Oda değişikliği otelin talebiyle yapıldığı için bu ücreti ödemek istemedik. Ayrıca, odaya gittiğimizde banyoda saçlar bulduk ve temizlik yeterli değildi. Temizlik ücreti alınacaksa, bunun rezervasyon sırasında açıkça belirtilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Bu deneyimden memnun kalmadık.

This hotel is a scam! They advertise rooms that don't exist. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. I booked a room here, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me it was unavailable due to "renovation work." It was obvious that was a lie, as I overheard her mention "overbooking" on the phone right after. No one informed me of this beforehand; I only found out upon arrival. She then tried to relocate me to another hotel they own in a completely different area, showing me photos of a room that looked nothing like what I had booked. I refused and left. Luckily, it was daytime, so I found another hotel, although it ended up costing me more than I planned. Later, I saw that my reservation was marked as a "no-show," which could have led to a penalty. Thankfully, I contacted the booking platform's support, and they helped clear it up. The staff seemed to be Turkish, and the receptionist only spoke Turkish, making communication tough. The reception area smelled strongly of smoke, giving a terrible first impression, and the furniture was old and dirty. Even if there had been available rooms, I wouldn't have wanted to stay there after seeing the state of the hotel. Be cautious with this place and don't waste your time or money!

Burada 3 gece kaldık, odalar çok temizdi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Konumu da harika, arabayı park ettikten sonra hiç hareket ettirmedik.

Gece 2.30'da lobide çay içebiliyorum. Sahipleri çok ilgili ve hoş bir çift. Merkezde yer alması avantaj sağlıyor, her yere çok yakın. Odalar temiz ve güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Resepsiyon oldukça ilgili ve neşeliydi. 🤗
