The hotel is quite nice, and the receptionist, Yana, provides excellent hospitality.

The rooms were quite cramped, the bathrooms had a bad odor and would flood every time the shower was used. They didn’t provide any toilet paper or shower gel refills. The staff seemed distant and unfriendly, and the service overall was lacking.

Service was fine, but overall, the hotel didn’t meet our expectations. The breakfast selection was quite limited, with just some fruits, bread, and cakes, none of which I enjoyed much. The only highlight was that they made omelets upon request. The rooms were acceptable, but we had to ask for toilet paper twice since it wasn’t provided initially and they didn’t replace it when it ran out. Additionally, staying on the 5th floor was noisy at night due to music from the terrace above.

Номера стильно оформлены, очень чистые и уютные. Завтраки просто отличные, а ресторан предлагает изысканные блюда как местной, так и международной кухни. Также важно, что отель находится в самом сердце города, всего в нескольких шагах от исторических достопримечательностей. Рекомендуем это место всем, кто ценит комфорт и высокое качество сервиса.
