Paradise Hotel

If this is what Paradise looks like, I'd prefer to be in Hell! The owner is extremely unpleasant, often yelling at guests, being rude, and aggressive. If you want to have a terrible experience in Georgia and come to dislike the country, this is the perfect place. It’s far from being hospitable or professional; it's simply the worst.

Despite booking separate rooms for our group months in advance, she sold them out last minute and put us in quadruple rooms. The beds were not what we were promised, and members of the group had to share queen beds even though they weren't couples. They provided only one temporary bed for the extra person.

You only get one towel per person.

The hotel is very outdated—many things don’t work, the doors don’t close properly, there are no shower curtains, and some electrical sockets are broken. The windows face the corridor, so there’s no outside view. The noise insulation is awful; you can hear the owner yelling at her staff and guests, as well as their phone conversations. The bed linens are old and worn.

There’s so much more I could say. Please avoid this "sleeping facility" if you don’t want a negative experience in Georgia.

Pokoje są przestronne, mieliśmy dwa dla siebie, a także łazienkę i przedpokój z małym stoliczkiem i fotelami. Duży plus za cenę. Niestety, duży minus za brak elastyczności w kwestii śniadań - mimo że były wliczone, nie mogliśmy z nich skorzystać, ponieważ wyjeżdżaliśmy wcześnie, a śniadania zaczynają się dopiero o 9. Brak możliwości wcześniejszego podania. Parking znajduje się przy ulicy, nie na terenie hotelu.

Fajny hotel w dobrej cenie, lokalizacja jest w porządku. Pokoje czyste i schludne, nie czuć dymu papierosowego, chociaż w recepcji ten zapach można poczuć. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna, miła i pomocna.

Nice room, clean and roomy. However, the staff were unfriendly.
