The location of this hotel is its only strong point. The staff are friendly, but I found a lot of hair in the room, and both the room and bathroom were not clean at all. Additionally, the room had a very unpleasant smell.
I requested a room change at the reception, and they moved me to another one, but it had the same problems. I ended up staying just one night before switching to a different hotel. - s

We are a family with one child and stayed in a double room.
**About the hotel:**
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Only the receptionist speaks English.
- No smoking in the room.
- You need a universal socket to charge your electronics, so bring one.
The room was small, with no space for our child to play. The large window allowed plenty of natural light and fresh air when opened. The bathroom was also small but functional for taking a shower. The toilet flush system was different from what we are used to. It was clean but had an unpleasant odor even after several flushes.
This hotel is quite far from local attractions, requiring a steep climb of 250 meters with heavy traffic, which isn’t ideal for families with kids. I felt 30% satisfied and 70% disappointed due to the location.
**💸💸Precautions💸💸:**
- Be cautious as you will face penalties for any accidental damages, which are decided by hotel management. This could lead to higher costs than local shopping. It’s best to ask the staff to remove glass items for child safety.
- The windows lack safety features, so keep them locked to prevent falls.
The tour company and guide were good, but our hotel experience was disappointing. Breakfast options for Indian families were limited to fruits, cake, cold milk, cheese, butter, bread, and boiled eggs. The hotel does not serve lunch.
**Wolt food delivery:**
I had to use the Wolt app for food delivery, which is free for the first 14 days and has many desi restaurants. This was the best option for our family. The nearest Indian or Pakistani halal vegetarian food is about 2.5 km away in old Tbilisi, where you can find some desi boys inviting customers.
Plan a food budget of 40 to 60 lari per person. I spent around 110 lari for lunch and 100 lari for dinner daily.
It’s better to find a hotel closer to local attractions. This place is about 2.5 km from old Tbilisi, and I don’t recommend it for families; it seems more suited for singles or groups of boys. At times, it felt like a hostel converted into a hotel.
**MUST BUY RECOMMENDATION for the Gadauri tour (for the whole family):**
Get good quality snow shoes, hand gloves, and warm jackets and pants. Gadauri can be extremely cold in winter, reaching temperatures as low as -8°C. It’s better to buy these items before arriving in Georgia, as they might be more expensive here. - N
The hotel is situated quite a distance from the main tourist spots, with no attractions nearby that can be reached on foot. The rooms are tidy, but the bathrooms have an unpleasant odor.
I had a negative experience with one of the most unprofessional and rude receptionists I've encountered (a female staff member). We had to wait in the lobby from 12:30 to 14:30 for our room to be ready, despite having notified them in advance about needing an early check-in. It seems that only one receptionist and one cleaner are handling the entire hotel.
Breakfast choices are very limited and not fresh. If you're lucky, you might find all the items listed, but once something runs out, there's no replenishment.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for families. There are many areas in hospitality and service that require major improvement.
