Hotel "Hotel Kenari"

Отличный отель, расположен в центре города и рядом с достопримечательностями, не нужно далеко ходить.

Остановился в мае 2025 года на одну ночь. Впечатления в целом положительные. Номера немного маленькие, но в ванной есть биде. Работница на ресепшене, возможно, Нина, была очень дружелюбна. Во время завтрака сотрудник ресторана предложил особые блюда для мусульман, так как большинство блюд не было халяль. Благодарен за это. Цена за ночь была хорошей. Отель расположен немного в стороне от главной дороги и на возвышенности, так что потребуется немного усилий, чтобы добраться, или можно взять такси, если устал после долгого дня.

The owner is kind and friendly, and communicates well in English. Breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent. It's very convenient for walking around the old town. There are convenience stores and fruit and vegetable shops nearby.

Nightmare experience! The only positive aspect was the convenient location and decent WiFi. Breakfast was okay too. However, the rooms looked nothing like the photos — they were extremely cramped, lacking basics like a trash can, and the quilts couldn't even cover our shoulders. We found hair on the towels upon entering.

The staff was the worst part. Extremely rude and inexperienced. The woman at reception seemed clueless — she couldn't understand our English and messed up our room reservation, making us wait and then forcing us to explain multiple times. Even when shown our reservation, no apology was given. They questioned our payment in Turkish money despite using Hotels.com, making absurd comments.

On the second day, we were interrupted mid-shower due to water issues, causing us to switch rooms. Yet, they blamed us for the wet bathroom and told us if we weren’t happy, we could leave. Their attitude was dismissive, saying their building never had such issues despite it clearly being their infrastructure's fault. Ultimately, they suggested we leave, ruining our trip with my elderly parents.

In short, the staff’s rudeness and complete lack of hospitality marred our holiday. We switched hotels on New Year's Day and found much better options nearby. Avoid this place entirely. 0/10.

Отель некомфортный, стоит в начале подъема, и здесь ужасно шумно. Никто не говорит по-английски. Есть занавеска для душа, но если вода выливается на пол, вас начинают ругать. Сотрудники крайне грубы. Шумоизоляции между номерами нет. Завтрак безвкусный, ничего халяльного. Уверен, что оценки на сайтах куплены. Мы поверили, не делайте так.

+ Хорошее расположение и тихая улица, есть бесплатная парковка для автомобиля. - Принимают только наличные, хотя при бронировании говорилось, что можно платить картами, такими как Visa. Завтрак немного разочаровал, так как в отзывах его хвалили больше.

Great spot, really near the main sights. The breakfast buffet is impressive, and the staff is both helpful and friendly.

This was our first accommodation upon arriving in Tbilisi. The communication with the staff before our arrival went smoothly. The price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are on the smaller side and lack enough power outlets. There are no additional amenities. Breakfast is exceptionally good. The internet connection is reliable. The location is ideal for discovering the city.

We stayed here for six days and five nights and were really pleased with our experience. The staff was incredibly helpful. They provided us with essentials we forgot, like a plug adapter and hair conditioner. They also answered all our questions. I highly recommend this place. The location is nice, though a bit steep. The terrace on the second floor is extremely relaxing.

3박 했어요. 방이 넓고 조용하며 전반적으로 깨끗했어요. 조식은 정말 맛있고, 트빌리시 가정식을 경험한 것 같아요. 위치는 좋지만, 언덕이 있어서 캐리어를 끌고 올라오기는 힘들어요. 짐이 있으면 택시를 추천해요. 3점 드린 이유예요. 아르메니아 일주일 여행 동안 캐리어를 맡아준다고 하니 가볍게 다녀올 수 있을 것 같아요. 조지아 여행 마무리로 여기서 다시 머물러야겠어요~^^
