We are so grateful to Irada, Anjela, and the kitchen staff for the amazing service during our time at the hotel! Our group of 13, coming from different parts of the world for a reunion in Tbilisi, felt truly special thanks to the staff. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! We always choose this place when we come to Tbilisi. Its location is ideal for tourists, as it's near the Old Town and a metro station. There are many markets nearby for quick shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean. While the pillows and towels could use an update, the shower is fantastic with strong water pressure, instant hot water, and no drainage problems! Breakfast is great for Tbilisi, and the staff is very helpful (although the coffee isn't the best, which is common in hotels here). The reception team is decent. The building is new, with clean, roomy accommodations and a solid breakfast. The value for money is exceptional. This place feels like a second home to us, and we plan to return.

Большая благодарность собственнику, дирекции и всему персоналу! Рекомендую этот отель, все туристические места находятся в шаговой доступности, рядом есть метро. На ресепшене всегда помогут с выбором тура, подскажут, где вкусно поесть и купить сувениры! Нет языкового барьера, общение легкое и дружелюбное!

Номера маленькие, кровать удобная. В номерах сильный запах канализации. Завтраки обычные. Нет российских каналов, но есть YouTube.

Had a fantastic 5-night stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent and quiet—great for light sleepers. They stored our luggage safely while we explored Sighnaghi between check-out and our next stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Krásný hotel v Tbilisi. Doporučuji navštívit centrum přes nádhernou katedrálu Nejsvětější Trojice, kterou vidíte z balkónu. Úžasné přivítání na recepci, vše bylo čisté a snídaně byla výborná. Děkujeme.
