Golden Tulip Terrace – a panoramic terrace and parties in the heart of the capital 🌃

Great experience with the staff and managers. The room we got was small and didn’t have a lovely view from the window. Still, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

I mistakenly booked this hotel while in Georgia, intending to extend my stay at a different place. I contacted them right away to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, Booking.com was unhelpful and said only the hotel could approve the cancellation. I emailed the hotel directly, and they replied within about 10 minutes, kindly agreeing to cancel my booking and issue a full refund. Their understanding and customer service were impressive.

As a thank you, my sister and I stopped by for a drink. The staff were warm and welcoming, even showing us the rooms. We were truly impressed by how beautiful, modern, and well-kept the hotel was.

Though I didn’t stay there due to my mistake, I can honestly say their hospitality was exceptional. Based on the warm welcome, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The next time I’m in Georgia, I will be sure to book a stay here. Thank you again to the wonderful team for your kindness and professionalism!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore Old Tbilisi and other main attractions. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and had stunning views of the city. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the rooftop area offered incredible city vistas. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The location near old Tbilisi was fantastic, and the rooms with river views were incredible. The staff was very supportive and helpful. My family and I had a great stay.

트빌리시 중심부에 가까운 깔끔하고 전망이 좋은 호텔이다. 7층에 있는 레스토랑에서 도시의 멋진 경치를 감상할 수 있다. 옆에 흐르는 강도 밤에 더욱 아름답다.

They host rooftop parties with very loud music late at night, which disturbs the entire neighborhood.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is fairly convenient and close to the city center. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

The rooms were quite small and had an unpleasant odor from the start. Cleanliness was a big problem during our stay. We would leave early in the morning and come back late at night, only to find that no proper cleaning had been done. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and dirt and debris on the floor were left untouched.

After complaining multiple times to the reception and management, the staff rushed to clean our room and apologized, saying they were unaware of the situation. However, such issues should not occur in the first place, especially in a hotel that caters to international guests.

Overall, the service was subpar. Breakfast was very basic, with limited options and little variety. We only saw fresh fruit available once during our entire stay.

What disappointed us the most was the attitude of some staff members. We felt unwelcome, and several interactions seemed rude and unfriendly. As Arab travelers, we sensed that we were treated differently than other guests, which made our experience even worse.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers from the GCC or the Arab region. There are much better options in Georgia that provide superior hospitality, cleanliness, and value for money.
