Hotel "Gold Tbilisi Hotel"

Awful experience! Everything was terrible! The owner and manager are rude and only interested in making money. Their so-called hospitality is nonexistent. I strongly advise against staying here; it would be a waste of both money and time. There are no bellboys or security, just receptionists and housekeepers. The owner's greed is unacceptable. In short — avoid this hotel.

The rooms were fine, but the location was perfect. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I spent 5-6 days in Georgia and only stayed one night here, which left me disappointed. I asked for regular water, and the reception told me to drink tap water, claiming it's from a spring. Seriously? When I requested bottled water and offered to pay for it, they told me to go buy it myself. I believe the hotel should provide this. I'm really disappointed with the rude behavior.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, right in the center, and they offer convenient on-site parking. The rooms are clean and pleasant, plus there's a gym and breakfast included.

Tiflis'in tam merkezinde, oldukça temiz ve kaliteli bir otel. Odaları, şehirdeki birçok otele kıyasla daha geniş ve konforlu. Türkçe bilen güler yüzlü personeli ile harika bir deneyim yaşadım. 3 gün için gelmiştim, işlerim uzayınca 10 gün kaldım ve memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the location is the best in the city, and the rooms are convenient with a varied breakfast menu.

Qrupumuzla birlikdə 4 gecə bu oteldə qaldıq. Hər kəs məmnuniyyətlə geri döndü. Otaqlar təmizdir, personal gülərüz və qayğıkeşdir, otelin yeri isə əladır. Öz adımdan və Naxçıvandan gələn turistlər adından rəhbərliyə, xüsusilə Eldəniz bəyə təşəkkür edirəm.

Отель не соответствует своему статусу в 4 звезды. Мы выбрали люкс, но постоянно ощущался запах канализации, кондиционер работал плохо, а халатов не было. Завтраки ужасные, однообразные и начинаются только с 9:00, что очень неудобно. Не рекомендую!
