Excellent price for what you get. Good spot, close to the Peace Bridge. The place is clean and spacious, with fresh towels every day. Free coffee, tea, and water available.

The owner of this small shop is an elderly, short lady. One evening, I went in to buy some juice and was just looking at the glass fridge before I even opened the door when she approached me aggressively and snapped, “What are you looking for?” There was no greeting or polite address, and her tone was extremely unfriendly and rude.
I told her I was looking for juice, but I felt so intimidated that I didn't want to browse any longer. I quickly grabbed a bottle and went to the counter to pay. I mentioned I would pay with a "Visa card" and held it up for clarity. She got angry and rudely replied, “No credit card here. If you have no cash, that’s your problem, not mine.” This was completely uncalled for. I had no issue paying with cash, and I immediately agreed to do so. There was no reason for her to yell and insult me like that.
As I started to take cash out of my wallet, she asked where I was from and rudely questioned why Chinese people can't speak English. I told her, “I understand English but I don’t want to understand you.” She then gave a mean “oh,” as if she suddenly understood something.
I regret not being able to confront her terrible attitude and poor character at that moment due to my limited English. It's important to remember that your service attitude reflects how tourists perceive your entire country. Many Chinese visitors come here without a visa, but you risk becoming infamous. Most Chinese travelers I met at the airport said they would never return to this country again. This is the contribution you have made to your nation — congratulations.
Remember:
No smile, no money.
No hospitality, no business.
Rude attitude = lost money. - C
The staff was very welcoming, and I got a complimentary upgrade!

I had a reservation from March 5th to 11th, but my flight was canceled due to the unexpected outbreak of war, and the airport closed completely. In light of these circumstances, the hotel would not provide a refund, voucher, or even allow a date change. It's very disappointing to see a business prioritize a 'non-refundable' policy over people's safety and basic kindness during a crisis. Future guests should know that this management lacks flexibility, even in such dire situations.

観光地に近く、非常に便利な拠点でした。坂を下ったところにスーパーマーケットがあり、買い物にも困りませんでした。
