Our stay was a mix of good and bad experiences.
1. The Wi-Fi in our room was quite unreliable; it struggled to load even simple pages, making it hard to work. The connection in the restaurant seemed better.
2. Breakfast costs €25, which we thought was a bit steep, especially since cappuccino wasn't included and came with an extra charge. That caught us off guard.
3. We had an unpleasant experience at the hotel’s Georgian restaurant. One waiter was unfriendly and overly focused on upselling, which made us uncomfortable. We paid €80 for three kharcho soups and one appetizer, but the quality wasn’t great (the meat in the soup was dry, and there was no bread with the pkhali). On our first night, they even offered us a bottle of chacha for €200, which seemed excessive. Overall, it felt like we were being taken advantage of.
On a positive note, the rest of the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which we appreciated. - E
Konumu oldukça güzel. Kaldığımız oda geniş ve ferah, ancak odaya girdiğimizde klima ile ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Bildirdiğimizde hemen çözüldü. Kahvaltı pek tatmin edici değildi, her gün aynı şeyler sunuluyordu. Kahvaltı alanında bir kadının sürekli üzerimize bakması rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca yanımda getirdiğim yastık kılıfını almışlar, nedenini anlayamadım? Bunun dışında genel olarak memnun kaldık.
