Bridge Hotel — Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it has one of the best locations in Tbilisi. However, it's important to note that the hotel does not have its own parking, as mentioned in the booking. The staff were friendly, and I had a good time, but we did encounter some issues with the TV, electricity, cleaning, and key card. I hope they can improve their service, and I would consider returning.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel At All Costs!

Awful Room Condition
After a long flight with no sleep, we arrived hoping for a place to rest, but the room was horrendous. There was no running water, and the toilet was unusable, with a filthy seat and dirty toilet paper. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The bed was messy, all surfaces were dirty, and the doors had grease and makeup stains. The balcony was even worse: someone had vomited there, and it was covered in dust, cobwebs, and sticky spots. To make matters worse, the towels were torn, the bed was uncomfortable, and the mattress topper kept slipping off. There was hardly any shower gel available.

Awful Customer Service and Management
We went to the reception four times asking for a different room or a refund. The receptionist called the manager, but when we asked to speak with her, she refused and hung up. They wouldn't give us our money back, and we were too exhausted to argue or find another hotel, so we requested a clean room instead.

Hostile Atmosphere and Terrible Breakfast
Breakfast was another nightmare. The staff treated us with blatant disrespect, glaring at us and talking about us as we tried to eat. The food selection was poor: just boiled eggs, awful-tasting yogurt, greasy sausages, and fried bread. Throughout our stay, no one greeted us when we entered or left the hotel. The receptionist and staff looked at us with contempt, making us feel unwelcome.

This was a miserable experience. The management is cowardly, the staff is rude, and hygiene standards are nonexistent. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay!

It would be nice if someone actually attended the reception desk. For the second morning in a row, there was no one there because they were sleeping in the room next door. I wouldn't stay here again.

Arkadaşlarımla birlikte 3 gün geçirdiğimiz Tiflis gezisinde otelin konumu harikaydı. Temizlik ve sabah kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Personel oldukça güleryüzlüydü. Herkese öneririm.

A lovely little hotel in a modern brick building, just a short 10-minute walk from old Tbilisi and close to Shota Rustaveli Avenue. The rooms are simple and comfortable, though not very large. It's a quiet area with friendly staff. Breakfast is included and has a good selection for European standards. Prices are reasonable; I would recommend this hotel.

كان جيراني في الطابق الثالث لديهم زوار كثيرون، وكانوا يدخنون الشيشة مع بقاء باب شقتهم مفتوحًا، مما تسبب في إزعاج وضوضاء مرتفعة جدًا. لم أستطع النوم، ورغم تواصلي مع الاستقبال، لم يتم حل المشكلة. هذا المكان ليس خيارًا جيدًا للهدوء والراحة. كنت أتمنى أن يتبع الفندق سياسة مثل باقي الفنادق الأخرى.
