Отель заметно обветшал, и в номерах давно требуется ремонт. Протекает душевая кабина, и на протяжении трёх дней дважды отсутствовала горячая вода. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего. Однако персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, а уборка номеров выполняется тщательно.

هذا الفندق يشبه المتاهة، وموقعه سيء للغاية. يجب ركوب مصعد للوصول إلى الطابق 12، ثم مصعد آخر للطابق 16. التعامل في الاستقبال مع العرب كان سيئاً جداً. يعد هذا أسوأ اختيار قامت به -Georgian Capital في السياحة، من أسوأ الفنادق التي يمكن أن يختاروها لك.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The staff are fine; the customer service wasn't amazing, but it was decent.

Check-in at the reception is slow. No water is provided at breakfast buffet. Sound isolation between rooms is weak. Room furniture arrangement is poor. Rooms are not well-furnished. The TV is very small. Curtains do not block out light. Lighting is dim. The air conditioning is weak.

Провели там два дня всей семьей. По цене отель аккуратный и красивый. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь. Есть человек, который помогает с багажом. Расположение отличное, рядом оживленная улица, круглосуточный супермаркет и аптека. Вход с парковкой может сбить с толку, но после Макдональдса направо — всё получится. Парковку оплачивает отель. Очень рекомендую для семей — безопасно и удобно. Завтрак хороший.
