Great location, right above a restaurant and bakery. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was a brief issue with the hot water, but they resolved it quickly and were very apologetic, even though it wasn't a major problem. The breakfast was fantastic. It can get a bit noisy due to a cocktail bar in the basement, but I still slept well. One thing to improve would be the curtains, as they aren't blackout ones and let in a lot of light. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

Отель оформлен со вкусом. Удобное расположение: рядом вокзал, рынок и метро. До них всего 3 минуты пешком, 500 метров, что важно, когда гуляешь по городу с высокой автомобильной активностью. Я прилетела из Рима в Кутаиси (в аэропорт легко добраться на прямом поезде или на такси). Ресторан в отеле предлагает великолепную кухню... коктейль из текилы с маракуйей просто незабываемый! Также есть булочная в европейском стиле. Персонал дружелюбный! Интерьер впечатляет — высокие потолки и большие окна! Рекомендую!

I stayed in the skyline suite and absolutely loved the idea behind it. The skylight really adds a unique and calming touch to the space. It's ideal for those who appreciate a quiet, cozy atmosphere filled with natural light.

1. Локация – 4.3/5: Удобное расположение — 5 минут пешком от вокзала, рядом с Экспо Грузия. Тихая улица. В здании есть три заведения под названием BRØD (кафе, бар, пекарня).
2. Сервис – 4.5/5: Забронировал через Booking за 150 GEL с завтраком. На ресепшене быстро решили возникшие проблемы.
3. Номер – 4.0/5 (с натяжкой): Ужасный ключ: старый металлический, замок сломался. Вместо телевизора проектор, который не работал. Очень маленькая ванная комната. Все необходимое есть, даже слишком много, но цена не оправдывает ожиданий.
4. Завтрак – не понравился.

The staff was quick to assist us whenever we needed anything, always cheerful and ready to help. Their prompt support contributed to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Our room was lovely and cozy, featuring a soothing bathtub and a charming balcony that added a special touch. The atmosphere felt open and refreshing.
The location was great and convenient. The only minor issue was the lack of an elevator, which could be a bit difficult for some guests.
