Hotel Adamo

Воскресенья и понедельники здесь проходят под громкие концерты, которые беспокоят весь район. Даже когда публика находится внутри, музыка звучит слишком громко.

Я редко пишу негативные отзывы, особенно о гостиницах, которые мне прежде нравились. Мы останавливались в этом отеле в 2023 году и остались очень довольны, поэтому вернулись. К сожалению, этот визит оказался совершенно другим…

Нам снова предложили номер на первом этаже. В нашем предыдущее посещение номер хотя бы имел балкон, но в этот раз он почти не имел естественного света и никакого вида. Несмотря на то, что мы вежливо попросили изменить номер и даже предложили заплатить за улучшение, в течение 9 ночей нам не предложили альтернативу.

Сам номер выглядел устаревшим, матрас был неудобным, кондиционер не работал при нашем приезде, а над кроватью находился шумный воздухоочиститель. Также из ванной доносился постоянный неприятный запах. Основные удобства, такие как полотенца для рук и коврик для ванной, отсутствовали. Завтрак каждый день был одинаковым с очень небольшим разнообразием.

Самое разочаровывающее было отношение персонала и отсутствие заботы о клиентах. В сочетании с состоянием номера и отсутствием удобств, это не соответствовало высоким рейтингам отеля. На самом деле, мы решили провести две ночи в другом отеле во время нашей поездки.

Слоган отеля гласит: "Гостиница, где вы заслуживаете отдых". К сожалению, после этого опыта, это казалось совсем не так. Я считаю, что как гость, я заслуживаю чистую, комфортную, приятную и уважительную атмосферу, где действительно ценится удовлетворенность клиентов.

По этим причинам я могу оценить этот визит только на 3 звезды.

Я останавливался во многих отелях, но завтраки здесь были просто ужасными. Я забронировал номер за 80 долларов за ночь, а выбор еды был крошечным и никакой из представленных блюд не был вкусным 🤢. Управление, вам не стыдно? Кроме того, в номере пахло грязными носками — возникает вопрос, когда в последний раз чистили ковры. И вообще, в ванной нет дополнительных полок? Почему? У моей девушки много шампуней и другой косметики, а класть их некуда — единственное свободное место на полу, что совсем не удобно.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war immer lecker und frisch. Der Empfang war manchmal etwas verwirrt, was man nicht gewohnt ist.

The rooms are quite small, lacking adequate lighting and mirrors. The reception staff didn’t seem friendly at all. On the bright side, the food was excellent and the location is beautiful. If they could enhance the service and lighting, the rating could easily improve from 2 stars to 5.

Anna and Mariam were fantastic during breakfast; they really enhanced our stay! However, the room was lacking in cleanliness and maintenance.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing.

1. Air Conditioning Problems
The main issue was the air conditioning. It was either set to heating or not functioning correctly. When I reported that my room's AC wasn't working, the reception informed me that none of the AC units were operational and only heating was available. When I asked how I was to sleep in such conditions, they told me there was nothing they could do because that was the hotel's system. I asked to speak with a manager, but the receptionist initially refused, claiming it was too late. Luckily, another receptionist reached out to the manager for help. We were first offered a small room with a separate AC, which didn’t suit my family. Eventually, we were given a suite with a proper AC for the first night, which was acceptable. Additionally, one person in our group found blood stains on the bedding in her room and also had to spend her first night without proper cooling. We were assured that the AC would switch to cooling mode the next day, but even after that, my room still had issues.

2. Housekeeping and Cleanliness
After the morning cleaning, I found hair on the bed sheets, indicating they hadn't been changed properly. I contacted reception for fresh linens, and a staff member came to my room, questioning whether I had even requested cleaning. After explaining the issue, he said he would consult the manager. He returned later to say that housekeeping had already left, and nothing could be done. I insisted this was unacceptable and showed him the dirty bedding. More than 30 minutes later, I was still being told that the situation was “in process” without any resolution.

3. Bathroom Odor
The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant smell throughout my stay, which added to the discomfort.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve things for future guests.

I really don’t get how this hotel has such a high rating on Google Maps. My stay was very disappointing.

The room was dirty from the start. The bathroom had a terrible smell, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the bed sheets were filthy and full of hair. The furniture was covered in dust, and there was a sticky coffee stain above the bed that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

When we went to the front desk late at night to report the AC issue, the first receptionist was rude and not helpful. He just told us that the air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel. After talking to another staff member, we were offered a suite for one night until the problem could be resolved. We agreed since it was impossible to sleep in such a hot room.

The next day, we asked for our room to be cleaned. However, when we returned, it was still dirty and there was hair everywhere. It was clear that no proper cleaning had occurred.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional response to complaints completely ruined our stay. I came to Georgia hoping for a nice vacation, but this hotel left a terrible impression. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

מלון מצוין. צוות נעים וחייכן בכל התחומים. מקום שקט מאוד (כשהמלון לא מארח חתונה!!! כדאי לבדוק מראש). נופים מדהימים. המלון ממוקם ברחובות הגבוהים ביותר של טביליסי, מתחת לרכבל שמוביל לפארק מצטמצידה (או שם דומה). קרוב למסעדה נהדרת ולקרון שמטפס לפארק שמעליו.
