Bu tesiste kalmaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Her açıdan harika bir yer! Konumu, şehrin gürültülü merkezine çok yakın ama oldukça sakin bir bölgede. Etrafında günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz marketler ve dükkanlar var. Fiyat-performans açısından, ödediğinizin çok üstünde bir hizmet kalitesi sunuyorlar. Fiyatlar gerçekten çok uygun, sundukları kalite ise kesinlikle üst seviyede. Yönetim oldukça iyi niyetli, yardımsever ve misafirperver. Kendinizi çok rahat hissediyorsunuz. Eğer uygun fiyatlı, kaliteli ve huzurlu bir konaklama arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Her şey için teşekkürler!

The check-in process was the worst I've ever had. After a long day of travel, I was confronted by the owner who wanted to argue about everything. The accommodations were decent, though, which is what you typically expect from a hostel.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel, which was entirely due to the conduct of the staff. They were arrogant, unhelpful, and lacked respect for guests. There was a total absence of basic hospitality. Requests were met with irritation, questions went unanswered, and professionalism was clearly lacking throughout my stay. Instead of addressing issues, the staff only made things worse with their careless and unfriendly demeanor. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality sector. Guests expect politeness, cooperation, and courtesy, none of which were provided. This staff attitude ruined my visit and left a very negative impression of the hotel. I strongly believe that immediate action is needed, including appropriate training and supervision for the staff. Without significant improvements, I would not consider returning or recommending this place to anyone.

The beds and bathrooms are clean, which is nice. The WiFi is very slow, like using 2G in November 2024. The location is okay but not exactly in the city center.

Super location, right by Marjanishvili station, with plenty of fruit stalls and bakeries around. Just a few train stops away from Old Tbilisi or a nice 30-minute walk. Beds are clean and comfortable, equipped with curtains and personal lights. Bathrooms are spotless, and the kitchen is really well stocked for guests. There’s a washing machine available for 5 GEL. Oleg, the host, goes out of his way to ensure everyone’s comfort and has everything they need. Definitely recommend.

The owner is really cool and runs the place efficiently. With the humid summer approaching, having a good AC is a big plus. The guests in my room are clean and tidy. I'd recommend it.
