Ужасный сервис. Сделала тест на дому за 65 лари. Было указано, что результат будет готов через 5-8 часов. Прошло три дня, а ответа до сих пор нет. Весь этот период я звонила и писала. Просили прислать паспорт и почту, я всё отправила, но результата нет. На горячей линии просто сбрасывают, если оператор не говорит на вашем языке. За такое ужасное отношение к клиентам и потраченное время нужно возвращать деньги.

Just a tip: watch out for the location—the street is tucked between apartment blocks near #9. No private parking is available, so you'll need to use city parking or find a spot nearby.

The staff is incredibly welcoming! The female technician performing the nasal swab was very attentive and carefully swabbed in the correct direction. The PCR test was completely painless. She's not like some who don’t care about the patient’s discomfort. Thank you!
